Maggie’s Signature
Crabcakes are made with just enough filler to hold the crabcake
together. Minimum handling helps to keep the large lumps from breaking
up. All cooking is to get the internal temperature of the crabcake
between 140F and
160F, and brown to maximize
flavor. Spicing used for the crabcake is to accentuate the delicate
taste of the crab meat, not cover it up. Thank you for ordering
our Crabcakes. I am sure you will be extremely pleased.
